Verstegen sauces can be prepared hot as well as cold. Some sauces are only suitable for serving cold, some sauces are only suitable for warming up and some sauces are suitable for serving either cold or warm. Yes, all of Verstegen’s professional products can be ordered via our webshop. To do so, you need to have a valid VAT number.

Preferably store dry herbs and spices in a dry place in the kitchen (keep away from the extractor hood). For transparent packaging, we recommend that the herbs and spices are stored in a dark, dry place.

An unopened package of Verstegen sauce can be kept outside the refrigerator. We recommend that you do not refrigerate opened packaging for longer than approx. 4 weeks.

A large proportion of Verstegen products contain the Pure label. This label means that the products are free of allergens to be listed, MSG and phosphates. We have minimized the use of salt too. Products that do not have a Pure label may contain allergens. If allergens are present in a product, these allergens will be listed in the ingredient declaration. Our range offers many products that are free of gluten.
